WELCOME TO KARMA STUDIO!

Karma Studio is a home for dedicated yoga practitioners and dancers, as well as for beginners. Karma Studio's founder & director Jattamarie Rauhaluoto has been dancing professionally since 1995 and practicing yoga since 1998, and she has taught movement for more than 30 years. Jattamarie has graduated from Royal Swedish Ballet School and completed 1st and 2nd series Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in Encinitas, California with the first ever Certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Tim Miller. Jattamarie has practiced yoga with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, Tim Miller, David Swenson, Kino MacGregor, Taylor Hunt, Laruga Glaser, Ty Landrum, Aleix Griño, Petri Räisänen, Lino Miele, Maria Boox, and many others.

Jattamarie is passionate about Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama & Mantra, but she’ll be happy to teach you also other yoga styles such as Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Prenatal, Postnatal / Mom & Baby Yoga. Jattamarie teaches also Classical Ballet and African Dance, and she performs as a dancer in various productions.

Jattamarie is currently living in her native hometown Turku in Finland, but she’ll be happy to travel to any other place for any period of time. She is fluent in English, Swedish and Finnish, and she also speaks some French and few words in Spanish.

SCHEDULE & RESERVATIONS

To book your spot, sign up via Karma Scheduling. Advanced registration is required to all classes, and the space is limited to 10 persons per class. Bring a friend along to make sure that the minimum number of 2 attendees per class is met. Register for the evening classes by 2pm, and for the morning classes the evening before by 8pm. All cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the class is scheduled to start. Late cancellations will be charged.

DROP-IN / CLASS PACKAGE*

  • 1 class 25 € (15€ with a valid student card, Finnair & Viking Line personnel)

  • 4 classes 80 €

  • 8 classes 140 €

  • 12 classes 180 €

  • Ashtanga DIY 5 € (only in cash or via MobilePay)

    *The class packages can be shared between several persons, because #sharingiscaring and #goodkarma. The packages are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. After the expiration date, you can use the remaining classes with an extra fee (5 € / class).

All prices include complimentary use of yoga props (mat, block, strap, wheel, blanket, eye pillow), free storage of your own yoga mat at the studio, and complimentary refreshments.

Payment options: cash, debit/credit card, gift card, Epassi, Edenred. All payments are made in person at the studio.

Gift cards are available for purchase at the studio both before and after the classes, or by email.
